What does the free plan include?

Developer includes 10,000 recorded logs per month, with three-day log retention. Portkey describes it as a prototyping and testing tier. Going over its logging allowance stops additional logs from being recorded, not requests from being routed. Source

How much is Production?

Production is listed at $49 USD per month, including 100,000 recorded logs. The pricing page lists $9 in overages per additional 100,000 requests and 30-day log retention. Check the billing terms for your expected volume before subscribing. Source

What does Enterprise cost?

Enterprise uses custom pricing. Ask for a quote covering your volume, retention, security requirements and deployment choice; Portkey does not publish a single Enterprise monthly price. Source

Are model tokens included?

With your own provider credentials, model usage follows the connected provider's billing terms. Keep that cost separate from the Portkey plan. A log allowance is not a token allowance. Source

Country support status

Managed-service access in a specific country is not confirmed by the public product and pricing pages reviewed.

Access limits

Access to a model still depends on the connected provider, account, and provider terms. Portkey's gateway features do not override those restrictions.

Regions and data location

Portkey offers managed, hybrid, private, and self-hosted deployment options. A self-hosted deployment's location is chosen by its operator and does not establish managed-service country coverage.
